$100 Deposit required to hold reservations, will be applied to
rent
$200 refundable security deposit
Full payment due 15 days prior to arrival
Keys
Our unit is equipped
with an electronic keyless entry. We will provide you with
the entry code prior to your arrival. We also have a lockbox
& key outside the front door as an emergency backup and can
provide that code if needed.
